“Completely gut the club.” Man U has been a laughing stock for a DECADE? Silly. And when was Brentford every “relegation fodder?”

In not american, but also not a brit, I know you want to support chelsea because the abusiveness, but pls don't pick a team based on that because people move around, look at auba, he's playing for his third this year, Shane long was the same a few years ago. & specifically chelsea, they are the most evil club in the country, after mk dons, si unless you have no values. im an arsenal fan & of prefer you pick spurs… I always advice people to watch for a year before picking a club, although that didn't work my case in terms of trophies because when i started supporting arsenal they were fighting for eu glory, then they had to be cheap & although it was still good to watch until a few years ago, there was little chance of winning the title. But unless you just want to be a trophy hunter & pick man city, but want to learn about hour the club operates, what they value, how they play etc, watch then decide in a years time. Forgot to mention crystal palace & west ham as a good mid table club, of you don't want to pick a big6 club, & have enough ethics not too pick Newcastle who will become like man city & chelsea in years to come (it's the exact same story line ie trajectory), it's just that Newcastle at least have history before the money & are beloved by everyone. Cp are basically a smaller version of arsenal: recently overhauled the old players for young ones on the cheap, even have an arsenal legend as their manager, after years of doing okay.

  5. Great vid.. but Thomas Frank is Danish, not Dutch 😉

  6. Most physical sports league outside of America? Havve you ever heard of Rugby?

First off, as a Chelsea fan, you are correct, not the right time to wagon us, unless you're willing to wait for the future. However, i really like what Boehly and co are doing. They identified early that TT wasnt the long term solution and so they got him out. They are buying up young talent for the future and locking down their young talent like reece james. And the players they signed (save for maybe auba) all fit Graham potter ball well. It's gonna take a few years, but i think he will turn chelsea into the Dodgers of the prem.
Secondly, liverpool is the most fun team to watch for Americans new to the og football, despite their slow start, so good call.
Thirdly, love your sleeper picks, both teams play such a fun brand of football, they're enjoyable to watch even even they lost

0:45 bro every team outside the top six let's their fans down heck even teams inside the top six let their fans down 😭

  9. Luke Fx dijo:

I started watching Premier League last year, and this year I hopped on the Brentford bandwagon of all teams.

Love the idea of moneyball in professional leagues, Brentford and Union Berlin beating juggernauts is fun to watch.

  14. Alex dijo:

you dont pick a team tho, that's what bandwagon fans too, you either grow into supporting a team or live an experience with one that makes you support them

  15. claim your ticket here if you think chelsea nots gonna win a trophy in a long time

  17. Just because a team isn’t in the big 6 doesn’t mean they’re shit

    The prem didn’t exist until 1992 😅

  19. Is it jus me or is the instrumental for titi me pregunto playing in the back

  20. Ted Lasso is filmed in Selburst Park and Crystal Palace is also partially owned by Americans too

  21. Art Minus Me dijo:

As a Man City fan (before the takeover) I recommend Yanks choose Newcastle, Because you have some glory history with Alan Shearer and ur the richest club now, that way when you become where City are now, you won’t get as nearly as much unwarranted hate like I do 😅

  22. TheAsswipe dijo:

My only criticism I'll give you is calling odegaard a failed wornderkid.
He was FIFTEEN when he joined Real and killed it at every team he's been loaned out to for a child his age.
He is very much, still a wonderkid.

  23. Cheebi dijo:

7:55 I think every player is better than Maguire

You should make a Clueless American Guide to the World Cup!

  25. Just make weekly reviews at this point. I think we are past "picking team". Enjoy the videos

  26. Diti K dijo:

Ur Chelsea analysis is always so stupid. Always disrespecting Tuchel too..

Manchester United have rivalry with Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Leeds and even Chelsea. And everybody wants them to fail As they are the most successful team so support them for a challenge.

  30. Zexa XIII dijo:

If you Really want to support a team support Manchester United, the team which used to have Beckham and have Ronaldo. Why you asked? You can be a part of history when they win the PL again after many years as they are on their way to come back. Through bad and good we will go. We are still the most successful/Greatest English team ever. We will eat every other team for Breakfast.

  31. Silvesta dijo:

Man United’s transfer window was ‘kind of okay?’ Idk man. Without any transfers, United’s squad looks so mediocre, a finish outside the top 10 was definitely on the cards. Eriksen and Casemiro are amazing signings, Martinez is looking good so far and we’ll have to see how Antony fairs. Either way it’s definitely better than an ‘ok’ window. I’d say it was pretty good at the very least considering how they’ve raised the squad’s level

  32. DrTruckster dijo:

I'm sorry to inform you two things:

    I'm not an American,

    And,

    I've chosen ManU.

  33. Anew-Wiseman dijo:

My friend Katie wanted to get into the Premier League and she picked Brentford as her Club this season. I also went to my First Chelsea Match during the 21/22 Season and we got cooked by Brentford. First time we played them since 1949.

  34. Side note on Mitrovic: He has apparently been on a hot streak since the last season. (In the second tier of English football, he scored 46 goals, in 43 games. AN ALL-TIME RECORD FOR THE SECOND TIER MIND YOU) Scoring a goal a game in nearly, as BMOnus said, it ain't easy. And if his form keeps up, ain't no telling how far that boy can go in the league. And he does this for a team, generally tipped for bottom 6/relegation/the lottery zone, ain't no telling how far he can go.

  35. Rudi and Christensen leaving was entirely Romans fault, didn't offer the money for their contracts. Our window was good but we didn't get a midfielder. Tuchel has been struggling with the league games. I love tuchel but he is really a cup manager and would be the greatest ever in the international game because his issue is communication. He didn't communicate well to the new owners and neither to the players. Tuchel is amazing and I love him but he has a lot of issues when it comes to clubs. Our ownership is scouting for a good director of football so that there job is left at providing money. But yeah thought the analysis of Chels was majorly wrong

  36. Antony was a great signing for Man UTD, he is better than João Felix

  37. Logan Pappas dijo:

Bad Chelsea take. Tuchel has been on the downward swing for a year, not just the beginning of this season. And since he’s on the subject of Tuchel not having a fair chance, where is a fair chance for Grant Potter?

  38. Please dissect La Liga like this.

  39. Thomas Frank is a danish man not a Dutchman

  40. ez support city. They win. If you wanna see your team win then support city. Eventually you will truly fall in love with that club. They play fantastic ball

  41. ly9 dijo:

Big tip: doen't even bother picking an English team. They are all just owned by some billionaires who don't care above football. The Premier league has good football, but above all money and undeserved financial positions above other leagues. So basically the super league in real life. By choosing an other team from for example Germany, Spain, Italy, ore even smaller leagues you show that you care more about passion and fans than about money and big names. It will also make european football fans outside of England like you much more (especially if you don't pick a big side like bayern, real or barça or another shit team destroying football like RB Leipzig or Salzburg)
