Were also high when he joined Dortmund and he had no issues matching and even exceeding them. Bundesliga tax? As if there are only teams like ManCity, Liverpool and Chelsea in the PL. Remember, Frankfurt (11th in BL) defeated West Ham (7th in PL) in EL. Bottom table PL teams having more money doesn't mean they are better than bottom table BL teams.
Playing style remains the only possible reason why Haaland could possibly not succeed. Not sure if Haaland fits into Guardiolas preferred way of plaing football. But overall the risk of Haaland becoming a flop is very low.
