Hernandez hat quite a month! But I still think it must be Havertz
From a neutral perspective, it's hard to decide..
I will exclude Ronaldo and Martinelli (great shots, but they had clear visibility and no defenders close to them) and Havertz (he did a great first touch in that position, but the main part came from Jorginho pass, assist of the month maybe)

havertz goal was insane, too quick control and shot
Arsenal it was a team goal of single touch from Mikel aterta to Saka,cedrick,odegard,lacca and then martenili. Very quick and each player single touched the ball.
