1. Are you surprised by Everton’s turnaround under David Moyes? Let us know in the comments!

  2. @GFEFC1878 dijo:

Great to see us scoring lots of goals but let’s not get carried away.

Those Spurs & Leicester defenders were dreadful. But you can only beat what’s in front of you and we did well.

Nice to see some analysis of Everton but you’ve contradicted yourself and got it slightly wrong. You said it’s 4 at the back with the ball and 5 without.. the last segment which “pretty much brings together everything we spoke about” he’s got three at the back “of course” when we’re on the ball.

It’s actually 3 at the back on the ball and 4 at the back off the ball. We’re just pushing Mykolenko right up when we’ve got it.

  4. @Mason-lv7wk dijo:

Moyes was appointed before Aston Villa, although he only had a training session with the team so i wouldn't count it either

  5. Everton has a good chance to beat Liverpool next week. Liverpool defence still exposed by Counter Attacks

  6. MOYES TO EVERTON. Match made in heaven.

  7. He made the mistake of ripping out the foundations too quickly at Manchester United.

  8. 4:20 N’Diaye clearly has more touches on the touch-line than he has in your made-up box. Your statistical analysis is off. PLUS! You don’t even back up your claims of Mykolenko being a help to Illiman because you don’t show his heat map! Thanks for making a video about Everton but at the same time, no thanks. Stick to your top 6 and continue to give folks bad betting advice.

  9. This was class mate. Would’ve loved to have seen the clips of the goals after your breakdown to see it in action, but really enjoyed the watch!

  10. I was very happy when Moyes came back, altough there was a lot of doubt, that he will turn things around! And look at us now.

  11. Ethiopia 🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹 Everton Fans

  12. thirty years ago Everton were in relegation zones and halfway through the season brought an old boy back who won his first three games, lifted them to safety and WON the F.A.Cup in 1985!!!!

  13. Ndiaye and O'Brien is the breakthrough for Everton but watch out for Charly Alcaraz💙🐐

  14. Well that was a good win for the Villa then 😊

  15. @DPNCO dijo:

Great video. Love the analysis!! 8:38

  16. Multiple clips there where brighton have 2v1 on the back stick because ndiaye is not back to help with space and time to deliver … alot of space for cut backs edge of the box is empty … these just aren't good clips or stills for defensive solidity the gaps are there and better teams exploit it

  17. @gak13larisa dijo:

Ah, yes. We gan finish in the top 10… Άντε μωρή ομάδα…!!!

who wrote the title of this video lmaoooo

  19. @ShaniAce dijo:

I noticed the drastic change in how they played, especially against Leicester, it's a day and night difference compared to before.

  20. He tries to win games not just draw them

  21. @TJmidd dijo:

Everton have a good squad of players, dyche's tactics and style of play would make any squad look poor

  22. Dyche was absolutely terrible offensivley, he had one idea – boot it forward

  23. He’s definitely taken the brakes off and allowed the players more freedom. There’s this big myth in football that Moyes is this ultra defensive manager and doesn’t know how to attack and play nice football. As an Everton fan, under Moyes was probably the best football Everton had played in the Premier League era, bar a brief spell under Martinez. Historically with Everton Moyes would set Everton up to be free flowing at home and defensive away from home, sometimes ultra defensive away. But at home the football would usually be free flowing and attacking. Look at a compilation of best Everton goals, back heels, wonder strikes, bicycle kicks, many of these goals were under the David Moyes Era

When Everton appointed Moyes loads of Sky pundits and different journalists were saying “You’re going from the same thing from Dyche to Moyes” when in reality Moyes can be quite a forward thinking manager and does allow his teams to go forward, especially at home under the fans where he lets his teams play with some freedom. Under Dyche it was ultra defensive, and we would essentially the same way against every team, home away, against Southampton or Liverpool. The tactic was always be defence first, lump the ball from the goalkeeper to the striker, try to win set pieces. That was the formula every single game for the past 2 years under him.

Moyes is more flexible in how we play we do lump the ball up under Moyes but you also see Everton play the ball a lot on the floor now. Previously it was very much lumping and hardly any play on the deck and you see in the Brighton game away from home we had a Sean Dyche style performance, 10 men behind the ball, try to win set pieces and corners and hit on break, and you saw in the Villa, Tottenham and Leicester game at home Everton more on the front foot pressing high trying to create opportunities. So there’s already a versatile way of playing now and That’s such a difference maker and has helped us win more games and score more goals under Moyes

    Let’s hope this continues

  24. @PJR29787 dijo:

If we try to draw liverpool out it's not going to end well! They will press alot quicker and more intelligently, as a unit. We will lose it by our own goal and end up losing by 3 or more… nervous for this game would love to somehow get beat them buy I highly doubt it, a good performance and some chances and il be happy enough

  25. @Viewer41 dijo:

If Moyes was Spanish or Portuguese the average dumb ..a..5..5.. fan would appreciate his skills.

  26. We win 3 games and straight away the Premier league is out here telling everyone our tactics so teams can put an end to it. Where is the analysis of liverpool and forest?

  27. So happy to have Moyes back! #UTFT

  28. Some managers are built for some clubs and will always do the best at that certain club

Moyes and Everton are one such duo

  29. Hey, stop giving our secrets away 😂

  30. They're just made for each other.. that's all.

  31. @edgale1655 dijo:

    Great analytical video. Thanks.

  32. @txbill2512 dijo:

How has Moyes transformed Everton so quickly? Well for starters he's not Sean Dyche. On a side note, as an Evertonian, I don't ever feel bad for players of other teams but I do feel bad for Archie Gray. He's been thrown into the deep end at a young age. I hope it turns out well for him and that he'll have a great career. Lastly, no, I don't see us finishing top half of the table. I'd be thrilled with 12-15th.

  33. @rewind2play dijo:

    Such a great video, thanks

  34. Imagine this team when broja comes back, hopefully no more injuries and if things continue the same he will bag a ton of golas for everton

  35. The biggest change is Harrison no longer plays. He has been woeful.

  36. @f0urstr1ng dijo:

Not thanking you for divulging our secrets but good analysis.

  37. JLA is such a king of footy knowledge 😊

  38. Yeah, top half finish 👍

  39. I'm 60 years a Toffee. Dyche has left a huge Stain on our Mighty Club. Defend for a Nil Nil every game. Disgraceful. He got several million pay off. Thief. Destroyer of the Beautiful Game. I despise him. Royal Dyche ?!! JESTER

  40. @nilsat1s dijo:

Crazy that the prem’s youtube channel doesn’t have the video rights and we have to watch a slideshow, so janky

  41. you're a smart guy thank you!
