Apparently,according to the whingeing in the media and from some managers, ‘horrible, nasty’ Everton have just invented ‘time wasting’. The world is horrified. Every other football club in the history have always done something remarkably similar, but clearly ‘okay’. They call it ‘game management’, or ‘managing the clock’! Especially so the rich clubs. Funny that.
It was the same with Pickford trying to ‘kill’ Man Dick. Never seen someone so near to death get up and walk two thirds around a full sized football pitch! Pickford received death threats from Dark Side wallpushing murderers for challenging for the ball.
Contrast that with Son setting out to deliberately maim Gomes, but was actually canonised by the media and other Everton haters like he was the victim , not the player who had his ankle turned around 360 degrees! Funny that.
